We Love Sales in Glasgow is seeking a Trainee Sales Assistant to join our growing team. You will engage with homeowners, visit customers in their homes, and build rapport to identify opportunities. Full training is provided, so prior sales experience is not required.

What You'll Be Doing

• Engaging with homeowners across the local area to introduce our products/services
• Visiting customers in their own homes to discuss their needs
• Building rapport quickly and identifying opportunities
• Managing your own diary of appointments and follow-ups
• Working closely with a supportive team and sales manager who'll help you develop your skills
• Hitting personal targets that directly shape your take-home pay
