Apprentify is partnering with an ambitious employer to hire a Junior Sales Representative to support their continued growth. This role offers a starting salary of £32,000 with realistic OTE of £8,000–£12,000, plus an uncapped commission structure, structured onboarding and ongoing training.

You will develop new business opportunities, build customer relationships, and support the wider sales team, with clear progression into Business Development, Account Management, and Sales Leadership.

Responsibilities

• Identifying and contacting potential customers.
• Conducting research to understand prospective customers and their needs.
• Engaging with customers through phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Qualifying sales opportunities and understanding customer requirements.
• Arranging meetings and calls with prospective customers.
• Building and maintaining professional customer relationships.
• Following up with prospects and customer enquiries.
• Supporting opportunities through the sales pipeline.
• Keeping CRM records accurate and up to date.
• Working closely with experienced sales professionals.
• Supporting wider sales and business development initiatives.
• Working towards clear activity and performance targets.
