Windsor Food Machinery in Ashford (Hamstreet office) is hiring a Junior Sales Executive to join our established sales team. This fully office-based role focuses on responding to customer inquiries, preparing quotations, and converting opportunities into sales, with full product and industry training provided.

No prior experience in food machinery is required; a proactive, learn-fast attitude is essential. You will build relationships with new and existing customers and work with the sales,

Qualifications

• Articulate, with clear written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Responding to customer enquiries by phone and email.
• Understanding customers’ requirements and helping identify suitable solutions.
• Preparing quotations and following them through to an outcome.
• Following up new leads, previous enquiries and outstanding quotations.
• Making outbound calls to existing and prospective customers.
• Building long-term relationships with customers.
• Keeping customer and sales information accurate and up to date.
• Working closely with our sales, service and parts teams.
• Developing a good understanding of our machinery range and the industries we support.
