Sage is recruiting for a full-time on-site sales role in the United Kingdom. Base pay starts at £400 per week with commission of £40–£70 per completed sale, with interviews available immediately.
You will begin each day with a campaign briefing and focused coaching, work with the team on live customer activity, and present relevant information clearly to meet client needs. Short reviews will help you understand what is working and how your results are developing, with steady progress as the aim
Confidence in sales is built through good coaching, real conversations and the chance to improve every day. Sage gives career starters that opportunity from the beginning, with support from people who have learned the same role themselves.
Previous sales experience is not essential. We are interested in reliable people who communicate naturally, enjoy working towards goals and want to turn effort into measurable progress.
A working week at Sage
You will begin each day with a campaign briefing and focused coaching. You will then work with the team on live customer activity, introducing client products and services, listening to individual needs and presenting relevant information clearly.
Short reviews throughout the week help you understand what is working, where conversations can improve and how your results are developing. The aim is steady, practical progress rather than expecting you to arrive with every skill already formed.
Pay and schedule
This is a full-time, on-site role working Monday to Friday from 10:00am to 6:00pm. Guaranteed weekly base pay starts from £400, with commission of £40 to £70 per completed sale. Immediate interviews are available.
Who this could suit
Applicants often bring useful experience from retail, hospitality, customer service, events, recruitment, sport or another people-focused environment. Graduates, career changers and candidates looking for their first substantial commercial role are equally welcome.
You will need to be comfortable starting conversations, open to coaching and consistent in the way you work. A positive attitude matters, but so do punctuality, preparation and the willingness to apply feedback.
Your next step
As your results and judgement develop, you may have the opportunity to support new starters, contribute to campaign reviews and work towards team leadership or campaign management responsibilities.
