The Sage Group plc in Winnersh near Reading is hiring a Business Development Representative to join a supportive, high-energy sales team. You'll turn campaigns, events and prospect conversations into new business opportunities and gain exposure to senior HR and business leaders.

This hybrid role offers clear progression into senior sales, marketing, customer success or leadership, with development support, AI-enabled tools and uncapped earning potential in a modern Sage environment.

You’ll be working closely with sales and marketing, turning campaigns, events and prospect conversations into new business opportunities. As you develop, there are clear progression routes into more senior sales roles, marketing, customer success or leadership.

Hybrid schedule - work from our Winnersh office three days a week.
