Job summary

ion - Recruitment Talent in Manchester is seeking graduates and junior recruiters to join a fast‑growing GTM and software sales recruitment team. You will receive hands‑on training and develop into a high‑billing consultant.

From day one you’ll identify and headhunt talent, build relationships with clients and candidates, and manage the full recruitment process while developing your commercial knowledge of SaaS and technology.

• Recent graduates or junior recruiters with up to 2 years’ recruitment experience.
• No prior recruitment experience required for recent graduates.
