A dynamic law firm in London is seeking a Junior Front of House Receptionist / Admin Assistant. This role involves managing reception duties and supporting various teams, ensuring excellent customer service for visitors and clients. Ideal candidates will have prior reception experience and a commitment to outstanding service.
This friendly, modern, and dynamic law firm is keen to recruit a Junior Front of House Receptionist / Admin Assistant to join their London Office.
It’s a busy and varied role, with 50% of the time spent manning the reception and switchboard, providing a smooth-running service for the front of house function, and the remaining 50% providing backup assistance to the Conference Services Assistant, Events and Marketing Team, and General Office Admin Staff.
To apply, you’ll need to have previous experience working at an office-based reception desk, meeting and greeting clients and visitors, and be someone who always goes the extra mile for visitors and clients when it comes to customer service.
