Anakin Seal Legal Recruitment is seeking a junior Real Estate solicitor in Birmingham to join a growing national practice. The role offers high-quality commercial property work, supervision from experienced real estate specialists, and the chance to develop a long-term career within a well-established national firm.

You will work in a collaborative and expanding team, handling acquisitions, disposals and landlord and tenant matters while building client relationships and developing your own

Qualifications

Qualified Solicitor with 1-3 years' PQE in real estate
Experience advising on acquisitions, disposals and landlord & tenant matters
Strong client relationship and communication abilities

Responsibilities

Advise on acquisitions and disposals of commercial property
Negotiate leases and landlord/tenant documentation
Support developers and investors on development projects
Draft development agreements, conditional contracts and infrastructure documents
Conduct due diligence and title investigations
Manage property transactions from instruction to completion
Supervise junior colleagues on property matters
Assist with real estate finance transactions
Support real estate aspects of corporate transactions
Advise on investment property acquisitions and disposals
