Job summary

Reed is assisting a leading Birmingham practice to recruit a Senior Real Estate Solicitor to join its expanding commercial property team. The role offers hybrid working, a high-quality caseload, and mentorship responsibility.

You will handle acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant matters, development work, and real estate finance while supervising junior lawyers and contributing to business development.

Qualifications

• 5+ years PQE in Real Estate (or ready to step up).
• Proven supervisory or mentoring experience.
• Strong technical understanding of commercial property matters.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload: acquisitions/disposals, landlord & tenant, development, and real estate finance.
• Oversee and supervise junior lawyers and paralegals.
• Lead on complex transactions and maintain client relationships.
• Support business development and contribute to departmental growth.
