Job summary

Sellick Partnership is seeking a Real Estate Solicitor to join a well-established Birmingham firm. You will handle a varied caseload across commercial property transactions, acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant work, development matters and asset management.

You will work closely with clients, provide clear, commercial advice and contribute to the growth of the real estate practice in the Birmingham market, with a supportive and collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor with solid experience in real estate / commercial property law.
• Confident managing own caseload with minimal supervision.
• Strong technical knowledge across commercial property transactions and landlord & tenant matters.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
• Commercial, proactive, and solutions-focused approach.

Real Estate Solicitor

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Real Estate Solicitor to join a well-established and highly regarded firm based in Birmingham.

You’ll handle a varied and high-quality caseload across a broad range of real estate matters, including commercial property transactions, acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant work, development matters, and asset management. The role offers a strong mix of responsibility and support within a collaborative and growing real estate team.

You’ll work closely with a diverse client base, providing clear, commercial advice and contributing to complex transactions. There is also the opportunity to support business development initiatives and play a key role in the continued expansion of the firm’s real estate practice in the Birmingham market.

About you:
