Job summary

Anakin Seal Legal Recruitment is recruiting an experienced Real Estate Solicitor for its Liverpool team. The role offers exposure to high-quality commercial real estate matters and significant client relationship development within a nationally regarded practice.

The successful candidate will handle landlord and tenant work, acquisitions and disposals, and development-related transactions, with room to progress within a supportive, flexible environment.

Qualifications

• Strong experience advising on commercial real estate transactions.
• Significant landlord and tenant expertise.
• Experience handling acquisitions and disposals of investment property.
• Exposure to development transactions and property portfolio management matters.
• Strong title review and reporting skills.
• Excellent communication and client relationship management abilities.
• The ability to supervise and support junior team members.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
• A proactive and commercially focused approach to legal practice.
• An interest in networking, business development and raising personal and team profile.

Responsibilities

• Advise a broad range of commercial real estate matters for a diverse client base.
• Collaborate with partners and senior lawyers on high-quality transactions.
• Develop client relationships across national offices and with lenders/investors.
