Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is seeking a Junior Quality Assurance Manager to develop, maintain and improve business procedures across Property Management, ensuring quality, compliance, and operational controls are met. You will work with the QA Lead, SMEs, Risk & Compliance and the IMS team to drive continuous improvement and stronger service delivery.

The role focuses on QA methodologies, RCA, audits, and performance insights to identify opportunities, strengthen controls and support regulatory

Qualifikationen

• Strong experience in Quality Assurance.
• Excellent RCA, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience developing, reviewing, and improving business procedures and controls.
• Experience using QA measurements, audit outcomes, or data to drive improvement.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
• Experience facilitating workshops, audits, reviews, or training sessions.

Aufgaben

• Manage and maintain the Procedure Hub and ensure procedures are accurate and accessible.
• Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to improve procedures using QA metrics and audit findings.
• Lead procedure improvement activities to enhance service quality and risk controls.
• Conduct QA reviews and internal audits to assess adherence and effectiveness of controls.
• Analyze audit outcomes and complaints to recommend improvements and implement actions.
• Support embedding of new/revised procedures through training and guidance.
• Collaborate with Risk & Compliance, IMS, and stakeholders to meet regulatory and quality standards.
• Support ISO 9001 requirements and audit readiness activities.
