Job summary

Firstport is seeking an Assistant Property Consultant in New Milton to join a dynamic, sales-focused team. You will engage with customers to explain the Retirement Homesearch service, support property consultants, and help meet team targets while adhering to regulatory standards.

The role offers training toward a full Property Consultant position and reports to the Senior Property Consultant, with a 35-hour workweek, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• Promote the Retirement Homesearch estate agency service to customers via telephone and email.
• Learn to accurately value property and negotiate fees and sales at the highest possible figure.
• Prepare property sales literature and ensure all information, both verbal and written, complies with current legislation.
• Maintain all files, records and software systems at optimum efficiency to ensure full compliance with best practice and governing legislation.
• Liaise with Development Managers to ensure Retirement Homesearch is represented by both promotional materials and through the Development Manager.
• Complete tasks as directed to ensure Retirement Homesearch meet and exceed targets.
