Job summary

Qualifications

• GCSE or equivalent including English and Maths
• Experience in property insurance operation
• Knowledge of FCA obligations relevant to insurance provision
• Customer service experience
• Experience with Microsoft applications
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• People management experience
• Able to work under pressure and to tight timelines

Responsibilities

• Day to day management of a portfolio of commercial insurance clients
• Liaising with clients, brokers, and insurers regarding contracts of insurance
• Preparing and issuing new business and renewal terms and quotations
• Ownership and handling of property claims in line with FCA requirements
• Keeping stakeholders regularly updated with claims information
• Responding to client queries via email, phone, or post professionally
• Provide a superior service to all internal and external customers of FirstPort Insurance Services Ltd
• Support FirstPort Insurance Services Ltd strategic and operational goals
