Raytheon UK is seeking a Junior Project Manager to support planning, delivery and closure of training equipment projects across the Selborne Naval Training Estate. You will coordinate resources, suppliers and stakeholders to meet quality and schedule targets.

The role involves defining scope and milestones, monitoring progress, and contributing to risk management, quality assurance and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project resources, team members, suppliers and subcontractors.
• Define project scope, objectives, schedules and resource requirements.
• Monitor progress, manage risk, quality assurance and governance activities.
• Support continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned.
• Assist in TE project delivery across the Selborne Naval Training Estate.
• Liaise with design authorities and technical stakeholders.
