Job summary

Raytheon UK is recruiting a Training Equipment Junior Project Manager to support planning, delivery and closure of TE projects across the Selborne Naval Training Estate. You will coordinate resources and stakeholders to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery and compliance with Raytheon standards.

The role requires experience in project management within defence or technical environments, with progression toward APMP/PMQ. Eligible to work in the UK and able to obtain SC clearance.

Qualifications

• Experience in Project Management within defence/engineering environments.
• Working towards AP M PMQ/APMP standard.
• Eligible to work in the UK and able to obtain Security Check (SC) clearance.
• Knowledge of health and safety legislation and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, delivery, and closure of training equipment projects to quality, time, and budget.
• Coordinate resources, teams, suppliers, and subcontractors to meet objectives.
• Assist in defining scope, schedules, and resource requirements across projects.
• Contribute to risk management, stakeholder communications, and quality assurance.
• Help implement lessons learned and best practices in project delivery.
• Maintain project records and provide status updates to stakeholders.
