Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Junior Project Manager in Chelmsford for a permanent role with hybrid working. You will be mentored by an experienced PM and gain a clear route to progression, with APM training and mentoring provided.

The role involves supporting project delivery across surveying/pre-construction, coordinating briefs and risk assessments, liaising with clients, and assisting with schedule and resource planning. Occasional site travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Project coordination / administration experience, or a graduate with a relevant degree.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, driven attitude.
• Looking for training, development and progression in a long-term role.

Responsibilities

• Supporting delivery of projects across the surveying / pre-construction sector.
• Planning, scheduling and resourcing support alongside the Project Manager.
• Creating briefs, risk assessments and coordinating logistics.
• Client liaison, briefing teams as required, and contributing to project reviews.
• Hybrid working from Chelmsford with very occasional site travel.
