Job summary

Catify Ltd seeks a Junior Project Manager to support delivery of projects to agreed time, quality, safety and commercial requirements. You will work under a Project Manager, coordinating resources, surveys and deliverables, with a clear development path to full Project Manager.

The role is hybrid, involving site and client meetings across the UK. The role includes responsibilities across project delivery, commercial management, client liaison, risk and safety, quality delivery and supply chain

Qualifications

• Minimum of five Level 2 qualifications, e.g. GCSEs, including Maths and English.
• Experience in project coordination, project administration or a relevant operational environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with good Excel and analytical skills.
• Strong planning and organisational skills; able to prioritise multiple activities and meet deadlines in a busy operational environment.
• Clear written and verbal communication; confident and professional with clients and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Project Delivery: Support delivery to agreed scope, programme, budget and quality requirements; take ownership of allocated projects or work packages.
• Commercial and Performance Management: Monitor budgets, costs, production rates and work in progress; support weekly and monthly reporting and commercial close-out.
• Client and Stakeholder Management: Build effective relationships with clients, survey teams and internal stakeholders.
• Health, Safety and Risk: Promote safe working and support preparation, coordination and implementation of risk assessments, method statements and safe systems of work.
• Quality and Technical Delivery: Support quality checks so activities and deliverables meet client specifications and relevant industry requirements.
• Resource and Supply Chain Coordination: Coordinate survey teams, equipment, project information and subcontractors against programme requirements.
• Continuous Improvement and Development: Contribute to project reviews, capture and share lessons learned, and identify improvements to processes, systems and working practices.
