Job summary

Worldpay (UK) Limited is seeking a proactive Junior Project Manager to support the Solution Design & Programme Delivery team in delivering initiatives that shape global commerce from Manchester.

You will coordinate project plans, track milestones and risks, and work with Product, Technology, Sales and Operations to ensure timely, on-budget delivery. A foundation in project management standards and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with project plans, schedules, actions, decisions, deliverables and resource information.
• Understanding timelines, risks, budgets, quality and governance in delivery.
• Ability to use data and structured reporting to inform decisions.
• Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, teamwork and stakeholder skills.
• Bonus exposure to financial services, payments or technology environments.
• Curious, creative and accountable approach, with a willingness to learn and improve team delivery.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects from planning through delivery and closure, keeping scope, timelines and quality visible.
• Translate product priorities, roadmap inputs and business objectives into clear delivery plans, milestones and next steps.
• Work across Product, Technology, Sales, Operations and Service teams to align activities, dependencies and responsibilities.
• Track risks, issues, dependencies, actions, decisions and change requests, escalating early when support or decisions are needed.
• Prepare clear project updates using KPIs, benefits, budget and change control information to show progress against business outcomes.
• Contribute to delivery templates, process improvements, launch readiness, handovers and lessons learned.
