Job summary

• Significant project management experience delivering large-scale customer implementations in payments/fintech or related industries.
• Ability to manage multiple high-profile projects across complex stakeholder environments.
• Strong leadership with mentoring/coaching experience for junior colleagues.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management from operational teams to executives.
• Strong commercial acumen with a customer-focused mindset.
• Proven ability to manage risks, dependencies and escalations.
• Highly organized with excellent planning and prioritization.
• Willingness to travel across EMЕA to support engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent projects across customers, commercial teams, product, engineering, operations, compliance and third‑party partners.
• Develop and maintain robust project plans, governance structures, risk management frameworks and executive status reporting.
• Act as the primary escalation point for high-risk projects and resolve issues threatening timelines or revenue.
• Lead weekly governance and status meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
• Partner with customer executives and sponsors to align objectives and drive successful implementation outcomes.
• Provide regular updates to senior leadership on progress, risks, dependencies and mitigations.
• Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives and best-practice adoption across the function.
• Own and maintain departmental risk registers, delivery standards, methodologies and operational excellence initiatives.
• Mentor and coach junior Project Managers to grow PM capability.
• Provide day-to-day leadership and oversight on selected projects and coordinate delivery resources.
• Support resource planning and workload prioritization across the PM team.
