Qualifications

• Awareness of project management standards and methodologies (PRINCE2, PMBOK, Agile, PDLC).
• Experience organising project plans, schedules, actions, decisions and resources.
• Understanding timelines, risks, budgets, quality and governance in delivery.
• Ability to use data and reporting to inform decisions.
• Strong communication, organisation, teamwork and stakeholder skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects from planning through delivery and closure, keeping scope, timelines and quality visible.
• Translate priorities, roadmap inputs and business objectives into clear delivery plans, milestones and next steps.
• Work across Product, Technology, Sales, Operations and Service to align activities, dependencies and responsibilities.
• Track risks, issues, dependencies, actions, decisions and change requests, escalating where needed.
• Prepare project updates using KPIs, benefits, budget and change control information.
• Contribute to delivery templates, process improvements, launch readiness and lessons learned.
