Job summary

Worldpay (UK) Limited is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to join our Enterprise team and lead large, strategic customer implementations across the EMEA region. You will own end-to-end delivery, manage diverse stakeholders from customers to internal teams, and drive improvements in delivery standards and governance while mentoring junior project managers.

Travel to client sites across the region may be required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering large-scale implementations in payments/fintech or related tech.
• Strong ability to manage multiple high-profile projects with complex stakeholder networks.
• Excellent leadership and mentoring capabilities for junior PMs.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of large, complex customer implementations across the EMEA region.
• Own end-to-end project plans, governance, risk management and executive status reporting.
• Act as primary escalation point for high-risk projects and drive issue resolution.
• Run weekly governance and status meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
• Coach and develop junior Project Managers and champion delivery excellence.
