Job summary

JD Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Graduate / Junior Project Manager to join our delivery team across the London and Kent regions. You will help manage mission-critical electrical infrastructure projects, including UPS, generators, HV/LV distribution, and power management systems for data centres and public infrastructure.

You will work with senior project managers to engineer, procure, schedule, and execute projects where uptime is essential, balancing on-site, office, and remote work as

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or Construction/Project Management or equivalent experience.
• Based in/near London or Kent with UK driving licence and willingness to travel region.
• Proficiency with MS Office; familiarity with project management tools is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Support Senior Project Managers in planning and coordinating power projects from pre-construction to commissioning.
• Conduct site visits across London and Kent to monitor progress and safety.
• Prepare and update project docs: RAMS, schedules, submittals, variation logs, O&M manuals.
• Assist with budget tracking, purchase orders, subcontractor payments and forecasts.
• Coordinate communication between engineering teams, clients, contractors and vendors.
• Track equipment lead times, deliveries and site logistics to meet timelines.
