BaxterStorey is seeking a passionate Commis Chef to join our culinary team in London. You will prepare and cook dishes to head chef specifications, maintain high food safety standards, and support station management and cleanliness in a fast-paced kitchen.

Collaborate with the head chef on menu development, mentor junior staff, and contribute to a respectful, inclusive kitchen culture that values growth and quality.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Commis Chef or similar role.
• Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines.
• Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
