Job summary

Plus 4 Audio is seeking a Junior Operations Co-ordinator to support planning and delivery of projects from enquiry to completion. You will coordinate resources, assist with rack drawings, cabling systems, and logistics, and ensure equipment is allocated efficiently.

Initially based at Chessington with days at Brooklands Weybridge, you will work with the operations team and logistics to meet client requirements.

Qualifications

Demonstrates a serious and committed approach to their role.
Good knowledge of live sound audio systems and venue set-ups desirable.
Experience in concert touring, corporate events, or television environments desirable.
Highly organized with planning, time management, and IT skills (MS Office + basic CAD).
Precise and accountable with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Support planning and delivery of projects from enquiry to completion.
Coordinate resources and assist with rack drawings, cabling systems, and logistics.
Oversee dry hires from quotation to delivery and return.
Use inventory management software to optimize resources.
Source and organize trucking, couriers, air/sea freight and customs docs.
Develop and maintain professional relations with crew, clients and suppliers.
Perform any other duties to ensure smooth departmental operation.
