Broadwick and its Vibration Production division seek a Junior Production Manager for The Pelligon, London. You will assist in all aspects of event production for conferences, dinners, brand activations and awards, coordinating with planners, vendors and staff to deliver superb experiences on time and within budget.

The role requires 1–3 years in event production, strong organisational skills, and flexibility to work nights and weekends.

Qualifikationen

• 1–3 years of experience in event production.
• Strong organisational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Vectorworks and CRM software.
• Proficient in Microsoft/Google packages.
• Willing to work nights and weekends as needed.
• Full-time role with potential travel.

Aufgaben

• Assisting with all aspects of event production, including the venue, vendors, equipment rental, logistics, and staff coordination.
• Working closely with event planners to develop timelines, budgets, and production plans that meet the client's needs and expectations.
• Assisting with the ordering and coordinating of equipment and supplies to ensure timely delivery and setup.
• Assisting with on-site production to ensure activities run smoothly.
• Creating and implementing RAMS and event safety plans.
• Supporting event staff with scheduling, induction and onsite coordination.
• Coordinating with vendors to ensure contracts are fulfilled and teams collaborate.
• Assisting with management of event budgets, tracking expenses and invoicing.
• Troubleshooting issues during events and finding creative solutions.
• Maintaining professionalism and client satisfaction throughout production.
