Job summary

Digital Carbon is hiring a Junior Network Support Engineer in the UK. This hybrid role combines remote technical support from home with periodic on-site visits to customer premises across the UK and overseas.

You will work with SD‑WAN, SASE, Wi‑Fi, and satellite services to troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues. The role requires 2–5 years of related experience, a full UK driving licence, and a willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in network support, technical support, or TAC environments.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel UK-wide and overseas.
• Based in Northern England and eligible to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre- and post-sales technical support for customers and prospects.
• Troubleshoot issues via log analysis, replication, and collaboration with teams.
• Install, configure, and commission routers, switches, firewalls, and Wi‑Fi APs.
• Attend customer sites in the UK and abroad to diagnose and resolve faults.
• Create and maintain knowledge base articles for common scenarios.
• Escalate issues and coordinate with Sales, AMs, and Management.
