Job summary

Soho House & Co. is seeking a Junior Merchandiser to support sales, stock, intake and profitability targets across all channels. This development role requires strong analytical foundations, excellent Excel skills, and a commercial mindset.

You will work under the Senior Merchandiser and may deputise for the role as needed. Responsibilities include trading analysis, range planning, supplier forecasting, and collaboration with Buying and Product Development to ensure balanced product ranges

Qualifications

• Currently at Junior Merchandising level or experienced Assistant Merchandiser level.
• Multi-channel experience (retail, online and wholesale) is desirable.
• Advanced in Microsoft Excel, strong analytical, organisational and planning skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Run and review trading reports to identify best and worst sellers and make commercial recommendations to drive sales.
• Forecast sales demand and track performance against targets, highlighting risks and opportunities.
• Undertake regular store visits to assess trade and feedback insight to the wider team.
• Analyse sales data, identify trends and make actionable recommendations to optimise range performance.
• Build and maintain supplier production forecasts and manage lead times.
• Develop range building documents, option counts and sales/stock plans.
• Collaborate with Buying and Product Development to ensure commercially strong ranges.
