Job summary

TAGGED RESOURCES is seeking a Junior Merchandiser for our Manchester-based ladieswear division. You will take ownership of a category, drive trading performance, manage stock and profitability through data-led decisions and strategic planning.

You will analyse weekly trade performance, identify risks and opportunities, and lead or contribute to trade meetings. The role requires collaboration with Buying, Ecommerce, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams, plus coaching junior staff.

Qualifications

• Experience in fashion merchandising with focus on ladieswear.
• Strong data-led trading decisions and stock management.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyse weekly trade performance and implement trading decisions.
• Lead or contribute to weekly trade meetings.
• Own and manage WSSI end-to-end for assigned categories.
• Forecast sales, intake, stock and margin.
• Build PowerBI reports to monitor performance.
• Collaborate with Buying, Ecommerce, Marketing and Supply Chain.
• Present trade performance to stakeholders.
• Coach and develop Assistant Merchandisers.
