CBW Staffing Solutions Limited is recruiting a multi-skilled Maintenance Plumber for a static manufacturing site in Peterborough. You will carry out planned and reactive maintenance across the site, focusing on plumbing and mechanical systems.

The role offers a competitive basic salary up to £35,000, overtime, and clear progression to become a fully fledged mechanical engineer, with a benefits package including holiday entitlement and pension.

Qualifications

• Must have City & Guilds Level 2 in mechanical or plumbing.
• Must provide copies of trade certificates.
• Proven track record in commercial building maintenance.
• Client-facing experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor mechanical plant on site.
• Perform plumbing tasks such as unblocking toilets, replacing taps.
• Handle pumps, motors, seals, and bearings maintenance.
• Air Conditioning – Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit servicing (filters, cleaning).
• Maintain general building fabric.

Junior Mechanical Plumber – FM Service Provider - Manufacturing Environment – Peterborough – Up to £35,000 + Package

An exciting opportunity to join an established FM service provider based in Peterborough has arisen!

CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting a multi-skilled Maintenance Plumber based in a manufacturing environment. He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive maintenance across this static site.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in building maintenance. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £35,000, overtime, and progression to become a fully-fledged mechanical engineer

Hours of work

• - Monday- Friday 08:00-17:00
• - Monitor mechanical plant
• - Plumbing work (Unblocking toilets, replacing taps, washers etc)
• - Pumps, Motors, Seals, Bearings
• - Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)
• - General building fabric

Requirements
