What You’ll Actually Be Doing

No vague fluff — here’s the real day-to-day:

• Run and optimise Meta ads with solid CPC/CPL benchmarks
• Build landing pages and manage funnels (training provided if needed)
• Write clear, punchy copy for emails, social, and ads
• Manage content calendar (Instagram, LinkedIn, Email, etc.)
• Help plan and promote online events, webinars, and launches
• Work directly with the CEO to test campaigns, track performance, and improve systems
• Use AI tools to streamline content and repurpose assets
• Keep things organised — your Notion board is your best friend
• Spot bottlenecks, ask smart questions, and take initiative to fix what’s not working

What Success Looks Like

• You're not just posting — you’re tracking, learning, and improving results
• You know which campaign is working and why
• You turn vague ideas into content that actually converts
• You keep your projects organised and your CEO updated (without being chased)
• You’ve helped grow the brand — and are ready to grow your own team

The Right Person for This Role

You don’t need 5 years of agency experience.

But we do want to see proof you’ve:

• Run Meta ads with some track record of performance (even personal/test projects)
• Created your own content (not just reposted someone else’s)
• Used Canva to make decent, clean graphics
• Written email or social copy that actually sounds like a human
• Worked with at least one CRM (HubSpot, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, etc.)
• Organised and managed multiple projects without dropping balls

Bonus points if you’ve:

• Used Notion, Zapier, ChatGPT, or other AI tools
• Worked with paid YouTube or Google ads
• Had experience with funnels, landing page builders, or lead gen
• Got a background or interest in fitness, coaching or behaviour change
