Chickpea is seeking a Floor Manager for one of its village pubs. You’ll join forces with the GM and AGM to lead the Front of House, deliver outstanding hospitality and mentor the team.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in a supervisory or management role is preferred.
• Attitude, ambition and leadership potential matter as much as experience.
• A natural leader who motivates and inspires the team.

Aufgaben

• Lead the floor and set the standard for brilliant hospitality.
• Make every guest feel welcome, valued and looked after.
• Support the GM and AGM with daily pub operations.
• Coach, support and develop the Front of House team.
• Help create a positive, energetic and supportive team culture.
• Lead by example and demonstrate Chickpea’s values daily.
• Notice the small things and take action before they become big issues.
• Take ownership of service and help the team deliver high standards.
• Support with training, inductions and developing future leaders.
• Take responsibility for the pub when required.
