Job summary

Source4 in Wokingham is looking for a Junior Logistics Support Operative to join our Operations team. You will be responsible for preparing, packaging and dispatching customer shipments and returns, and you will support deliveries, collections and courier bookings.

You will gain hands-on experience in despatch and logistics, working Monday to Friday 09:00–17:30 with overtime as needed. This role offers training and development within logistics and operations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in warehousing, logistics or packing would be beneficial
• Comfortable handling parcels, pallets and heavy equipment
• Good organisational and communication skills
• Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team
• A good problem-solver with a positive, solutions-focused approach
• Willingness to learn and develop within the role
• Basic experience with Microsoft Word and Excel is desirable

Junior Logistics Support Operative

Location: Wokingham, Berkshire

Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience

Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:30, plus overtime
