Job summary

Apprentify in the UK is seeking an Entry-Level Account Executive to own the full 360 sales cycle in shipping & logistics from our Basingstoke office, with a base of £30,000–£35,000 and uncapped commission (OTE £60,000+).

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a sales or business development role.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• Interest in logistics, shipping or supply chain; full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Identify, target and win new business across the shipping & logistics sector.
• Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, quoting, negotiating and closing.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
• Develop understanding of customer needs and logistics solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
