Job summary

One IT Support Ltd. in North Shields is seeking a Junior IT Systems Engineer to join the friendly North East team. The role splits time between remote support from the office and onsite visits to client sites across the North East, with mileage reimbursed.

Qualifications

• Must have at least six months of professional IT support experience.
• Strong customer service mindset and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Windows desktop troubleshooting and Microsoft 365 administration.

Responsibilities

• Respond to support requests via phone and email; provide remote and onsite assistance.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues; document in KBs.
• Manage user accounts and perform hardware upgrades and installations.
