Located in London, within the IT industry, we are seeking a professional to strengthen our team focused on product/service essence.

This is you

  • Basic knowledge of Active Directory and Exchange
  • Basic knowledge of LAN/WAN architecture, TCP/IP, Firewall/VLAN configuration, NAT/Hardware-Based load balancing, encryption, and network security best practices
  • Knowledge of Internet network concepts, protocols, and associated services (TCP/IP, HTTP, FTP, SCP, DNS)
  • Experience using monitoring tools
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, handle shifting deadlines, multitask, and work independently or in a team
  • Good judgment, risk assessment, and decision-making skills

This is your role

  • On-site IT helpdesk/technical support
  • Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written)
  • Experience as a helpdesk or support specialist
  • Support and maintenance experience in Windows and Linux systems
  • Troubleshooting skills in a multi-user environment
  • Work onsite 5 days a week from the London office
