Job summary

The BUSY Group is a not-for-profit organisation with a strong Southport presence. This Six-month full-time Junior IT Asset Officer role offers hands-on experience across IT assets, lifecycle management, onboarding/offboarding, and procurement processes.

You will maintain asset records, assist with stocktakes, configure devices and collaborate with colleagues to ensure accurate data and smooth asset lifecycle management. Based at our Southport office.

Qualifications

• Certificate III/IV in IT or Business Administration, or willingness to study.
• Experience with records, spreadsheets and data is advantageous.
• Full-time 6-month contract at Southport office.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate asset records in management systems and databases.
• Assist with onboarding, offboarding and internal transfers.
• Support stocktakes, asset audits and reconciliations.
• Prepare devices for deployment and assist with procurement tracking.
• Maintain warranty and supplier records and support licence tracking.
