Harnham is seeking a Junior Technology Analyst to join the internal IT team. You will learn across IT administration, cyber security, AI and business systems, supporting employees with day-to-day technology needs and gaining practical coaching from partners.

You will work with our IT team and external partners in a modern cloud-based Microsoft environment, with opportunities to develop essential skills across Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Defender and AI tooling.

Mansioni

• Provide friendly first-line support to users across Windows devices, Microsoft 365, and core systems.
• Assist joiners/movers/leavers with account creation, access changes and equipment readiness.
• Log, prioritise and progress incidents with MSPs and suppliers as needed.
• Help administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID and cloud platforms.
• Prepare and deploy laptops and equipment for staff.
• Maintain accurate asset/licence records and processes.
• Support routine cyber security activity and phishing simulations.
• Assist with safe use of AI tools like Microsoft Copilot.
• Create simple how-to guides and training materials.
• Support testing, piloting, and rollout of new technology.
• Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements via documentation and automation.
