Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries by phone and email in a professional and friendly manner.
• Prepare quotations and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Build strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Follow up on quotations and sales opportunities.
• Develop knowledge of products, suppliers and the construction market.
• Work with External Sales, Purchasing, Operations and Logistics to ensure high service levels.
• Identify opportunities to increase sales and develop customer accounts.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales information in systems.
• Assist with resolving customer queries and ensuring issues are resolved.
• Work towards individual and team sales targets.
