Job summary

U Value Insulation is seeking a proactive Junior Internal Sales Representative in Birmingham (Kings Norton, office based) to join our growing sales team. You will respond to customer enquiries, prepare quotations and support the wider sales team to deliver an excellent customer experience.

Prior industry experience is not essential; a positive attitude, good communication skills and a willingness to learn are valued as you build relationships and drive sales opportunities.

Qualifications

• Willing to learn about building materials.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries by phone and email in a professional and friendly manner.
• Prepare quotations and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Build strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Follow up on quotations and sales opportunities.
• Develop knowledge of products, suppliers and construction market.
• Work with External Sales, Purchasing, Operations and Logistics teams to ensure high service levels.
• Identify opportunities to increase sales and develop customer accounts.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales information in company systems.
• Assist with resolving customer queries and ensure issues are followed through to completion.
• Work towards individual and team sales targets.
