Job summary

Artis HR is supporting a business with the appointment of a Junior People & Culture Partner. This role offers hands-on HR support and autonomy to manage a broad remit while building strong relationships with managers and site leads.

You will contribute to workforce planning, employee engagement, and wider people initiatives. The role suits an HR Advisor or Senior HR Advisor looking to step up and influence business decisions from a close-to-the-business position.

Qualifications

• Hands-on HR advisor experience with strong ER grounding.
• Confident managing ER cases with autonomy.
• Comfortable partnering with managers and operational teams.
• Keen to develop exposure to strategic HR activities.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of a broad range of employee relations matters (discipline, grievances, absence, performance).
• Provide practical, commercially minded HR guidance to managers across the employee lifecycle.
• Build trusted relationships with managers and site leads to develop capability in people management.
• Support recruitment, talent, engagement and wider people initiatives.
