Oakleaf is proud to be partnering a global healthcare business in their search for a Junior HR Business Partner, based in London. This role will report into the Learning and Talent Manager.
Scope of the role
Our client is a truly global brand providing life-saving care to its service users in over 10 countries across 4 continents. As the business continues to grow, learning and talent management processes have become a vital part of the growth strategy. This junior HRBP will play a crucial role in supporting the strategy and governance managed by the International HR team.
The role will be generalist and you will have the opportunity to be involved in various aspects of HR including:
* Talent attraction
* Administration
* People analytics
Candidate Profile
Our client is looking for someone with broad ranging experience across generalist HR and a passion for learning and continuous development. Experience working in HR is a pre-requisition as well as the following skills and attributes:
* Detailed understanding of business processes, broad conceptual judgement, initiative and ability to deal with complex issues.
* Demonstrated exactness in attention to detail.
* Good stamina, resilience and humour; able to work well under pressure in a fast moving, dynamic company.
* Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with an acute ability to listen attentively and to communicate effectively throughout all levels of the organisation.
* Commitment to personal and professional growth. Ability and willingness to seek and receive feedback constructively as development opportunities.
* Demonstrated skills to work in a project management environment. A self-starter with experience running end-to-end HR processes.
* Ability to work independently, shift focus, adapt to changing priorities, maintain patience in high-pressure situations and take initiative where appropriate. Juggle and successfully prioritise competing work streams and strong follow-up skills.
