Employee Success Manager (ES) People Consultant (HRBP)

We are seeking a London-based Employee Success Manager (ES) People Consultant (HRBP) to join our ES organization. This individual will partner closely with other ES teams, including ESBPs, Employee Relations, Labor Relations, ES Operations, Compensation, Mobility, Recruiting, and Talent Development to coordinate, roll out, and execute ES programs and initiatives that support the business needs of the organization.

This role will also provide specific support to managers and employees, including direct and specialized manager & employee support, coaching, and enablement on a variety of ES topics and programs, such as talent initiatives, team dynamics, compensation data analysis, talent strategy, and ad hoc analytics.

The role will act as an escalation point and mentor for other ESPCs. The ideal candidate is someone interested in making a large-scale impact within a fast-growing company, excels in a high-engagement environment, and is eager to work with a strong ES organization.

Responsibilities
  1. Partner with ESBPs, ER, and other ES teams to coordinate issue resolution related to talent strategy, compensation, promotions, mobility, teaming dynamics, and other HR matters.
  2. Work directly with senior leaders to resolve medium to complex issues, using insights and best practices to influence, coach, and support leaders and teams on ES topics.
  3. Act as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders, ensuring HR strategies align with business needs and providing insights on org health and ES activities.
  4. Support digital transformation efforts within ES operations, including AI-driven recruitment and remote work enablement.
  5. Develop and lead the rollout and execution of ES programs and initiatives, sometimes organizing team efforts to achieve objectives.
  6. Create tools, templates, and resources to ensure consistent service delivery at scale and enable peers to leverage these resources.
  7. Provide enablement and delivery support for high-impact initiatives such as talent assessment, manager development, organizational design, and employee engagement.
  8. Monitor trends and metrics on employee satisfaction, attrition, and turnover; analyze data to build narratives and partner with ESBPs to recommend improvements.
  9. Partner with ES Operations on knowledge transfer and addressing root causes of service delivery issues.
  10. Lead initiatives to identify tasks that can be scaled through automation or process improvements, and recommend alignment with other teams.
  11. Mentor and onboard team members across the ES organization, leading and coaching them through initiatives.
  12. Stay informed on current and emerging HR trends relevant to the country, including labor relations, works councils, and unions where applicable.
  13. Collaborate with Labour Relations, Compliance, and Legal teams to ensure adherence to employment legal obligations.
Requirements and Key Skills
  • Experience working closely with ESBP, ER, managers, and employees to handle HR issues and implement solutions.
  • Ability to support diverse, geographically dispersed, multicultural environments.
  • Self-starter with proactive approach and adaptability to change.
  • Proven mentoring, coaching, and onboarding skills.
  • Strong relationship-building skills across all organizational levels and diverse groups.
  • Data analysis and presentation skills; proficiency with Google Drive (Sheets, Slides), Workday, Salesforce is a plus.
  • Ability to synthesize trends and data into clear themes and insights.
  • Experience partnering with Centers of Excellence to design and implement programs supporting business needs.
  • Effective at delivering difficult feedback, coaching leaders, and facilitating team discussions.
  • General knowledge of employment policies and practices in Italy, including staffing, compensation, and talent management.
Education & Experience

8+ years of HR Generalist, HR Operations, or HR Analytics experience.
