HR Delivery Specialist – Change Management – 12 month maternity contract

A leading professional services firm is looking for an experienced HR professional to join their new HR Business Strategy team.

In this role, you’ll work closely with HR Business Partners, Centres of Excellence, and senior leaders and work on high-impact projects and help shape how HR supports the business. The business require an experienced HRBP who has a track record of change implementation in a profressional services environment.

What you’ll do:

  • Support and improve HR projects that align with the firm’s people strategy

  • Work with colleagues across HR to make sure projects run smoothly and meet business needs

  • Help improve the employee experience by reviewing and shaping HR activity

  • Support planning and communication to help land HR changes across the business

What we’re looking for:

  • Broad HR experience, ideally in a large or complex organisation

  • Experience working on projects or change initiatives

  • Great communication and stakeholder skills

  • Comfortable working across different areas of HR and managing changing priorities
