As Human Resources Business Partner, you will support a high-volume logistics and last-mile delivery workforce. Your impact will be significant in our UK operations by implementing best HR practices in the logistics industry and helping us achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s logistics and delivery business goals.
  2. Lead workforce planning and talent deployment strategies, especially during seasonal peaks and high-turnover periods.
  3. Oversee leadership pipelines and succession planning for operational roles, providing internal career development opportunities.
  4. Support organization design to meet evolving business needs.
  5. Enhance employee experience through engagement initiatives and effective employee relations, ensuring compliance with UK labor laws.
  6. Utilize workforce analytics and KPIs to inform HR decision-making and optimize HR services.

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. At least 5 years of progressive HR experience in logistics, supply chain, or delivery companies in the UK.
  2. Strong knowledge of UK employment law and its practical application.
  3. Extensive experience managing high-volume workforce planning, talent strategies, organizational development, and employee relations.
  4. Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across various levels, from local teams to executive leadership.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience managing large workforces in both unionized and non-unionized environments.
