Voyage Care Ltd is seeking a diligent Junior HR Advisor to join our HR Operations team. You will be the first point of contact for HR queries, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and regulatory standards while delivering an excellent colleague experience.

You will support payroll processes, DBS and visa checks, and family-friendly leave administration, contributing to the continuous improvement of HR policies and systems in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR Operations/Administration/Advisory roles.
• Knowledge of HR transactional processes and compliance requirements.
• Experience supporting managers and employees with HR queries.
• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience working in a large, fast-paced organisation.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsabilités

• Act as the first point of contact for HR Operations queries via the HR inbox.
• Provide guidance on HR processes including Right to Work, sponsorships and immigration, family-friendly leave, and contractual changes.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems in line with procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Support payroll-related administration, including contractual changes, overpayments and repayment arrangements.
• Coordinate family-friendly leave processes (maternity, paternity, adoption).
• Administer employee benefits and reward programmes (pensions, private medical insurance, life assurance, long-service awards).
• Assist with the management of Skilled Worker Sponsorship Licence and visa processes.
• Conduct Right to Work checks and monitor visa compliance.
• Manage DBS, PVG, NMC, SCW and SSSC processes, including renewals and compliance monitoring.
• Support sensitive employee matters (e.g., Death in Service).
• Build relationships with managers, colleagues and stakeholders across Payroll, Recruitment, Finance and external agencies.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of HR policies, systems and processes.
