Job summary

Infinity Group is seeking a proactive Junior HR Advisor to support day-to-day HR administration across the employee lifecycle. Hybrid working from Tunbridge Wells, you will handle onboarding, contract changes, right-to-work checks and key HR queries, ensuring timely, accurate records.

You will collaborate with HR Partners, payroll, IT and recruitment to keep data clean and processes efficient, identify gaps, and help deliver funded training and a positive employee experience.

Qualifications

• Own the administration that supports employees from onboarding through to offboarding, including contracts, right-to-work checks, probation tracking, contractual changes, internal moves and leaver documentation.
• Manage incoming HR tickets, identify what is needed and ensure each query reaches the right outcome.
• Keep HR systems and employee records accurate and up to date.
• Coordinate employee changes for Payroll and help ensure information is complete and submitted on time.
• Spot gaps, delays and repeated manual work within HR processes.
