Job Opportunity: Junior HR Business Partner

An excellent permanent job opportunity for a Junior HR BP to join a collaborative public sector organisation. You will be part of a busy HR team that prides itself on fostering an inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Operational HR Duties: Hands-on involvement in day-to-day HR operations.
  2. Employee Relations: Manage ER cases from start to finish.
  3. Training: Design and deliver training on HR best practices.
  4. Recruitment and Selection: Support managers throughout the end-to-end recruitment and selection process.
  5. Restructuring: Manage TUPE and redundancy processes from beginning to end.
  6. HR Projects:
    • Gender pay gap reporting
    • Supporting with an HR system implementation
    • Sourcing a new Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
  7. Reporting: Run quarterly HR reports, analyse data, and present findings.
  8. Location: This role is based on-site 4 days per week in Buckingham and 1 day remote.

Experience Required:

  • Experience as a Junior HR BP or HR BP.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Experience with HR systems and data analysis.
