Role Summary: Junior HR Advisor

As part of our UK HR team, you will provide a generalist HR service across designated divisions. This role involves supporting HR functions such as visas and immigration, employee transfers, processing allowances, and managing employee interactions related to medical declarations, parental leave, flexible working, exit interviews, and payroll reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide HR advice and guidance on policies and processes, recommending solutions.
  2. Support case work related to sickness absence, occupational health, and PHI applications.
  3. Manage medical declarations confidentially and in compliance with policies.
  4. Handle discretionary pay, leave, disturbance allowances, and career break requests.
  5. Manage family-friendly leave and flexible working escalations.
  6. Coordinate global and local employee transfers, visas, and right-to-work processes.
  7. Assist in delivering HR calendar activities such as reward processes, talent management, performance reviews, and employee engagement initiatives.
  8. Produce reports and conduct data analysis, supporting payroll activities and management information requests.
  9. Conduct exit interviews and analyze trends to provide meaningful feedback to management.
