Job Description
A Interim Recruitment Specialist to:
- Lead on the recruitment function transformation
- Review the overall recruitment function, such as reviewing how the organisation currently recruit, and provide new processes for recruitment
- Develop new ways of working with managers
- Review the existing recruitment process, including advertisement, JD's, interview questions, panels, candidate attraction through to diversity and inclusion, process improvement, technology utilisation
- Build relationships with the wider business and gain buy into new processes and ways of working
- Develop inclusive recruitment practices

The Successful Applicant
An Interim Recruitment Specialist with:
- Previous experience improving a recruitment function, including attraction methods and process improvements
- Ability to start within short notice
- Charity experience desirable
